Susan, Tessa and Riley

It's a pretty well known fact that I love animals. No, I mean LOVE animals... My nickname from my Dad was "Steffy-mae" (after Ellie-Mae) from the Beverly Hillbillies because she loved her animals so much. Every stray we found as kids, we kept them... And loved them. And when they passed on the animal heaven, they had a funeral. Even my pet lizard "Lizzy", my parakeet "Lucy", and even my pet mouse... Let's just say when I make my way to heaven, I'm going to need a lot of space for me and my creatures!!!

Susan has an incredible gift of training dogs. Tessa and Riley are the most well behaved dogs I have ever photographed. EVER... (well, except maybe my furry baby, Mazzy - but I'm bias)! :) But really, Susan does agility training and these pups amazed me with every moment we spent together!

We had a lot of fun venturing out into a park and taking some photos of Tessa and Riley. We even talked Susan into modeling with her pups, too!

Myrna and Jorge - Engagement

We traveled to wonderful ole Deep Ellum to shoot Myrna and Jorge's FUN Halloween engagement shoot. I'd say we have been so lucky with the weather for the last few photo shoots... We had the most beautiful day for Myrna's bridal session last weekend, then another sunny and warm day for the E-session! Their wedding is in TWO weeks!!!!!! Can't believe it has already snuck up on us!

HAPPY HOWL-O-WEEN!

A very Yappy Howl-o-ween!

Every year we dress our beautiful child up for Halloween... Except our child is furry, has 4 legs and big teeth!...

Mazzy was a green fairy this year. We celebrated at our dog park's "Yappy Hour Howl-o-ween" which consists of dogs eating a million treats, us parents laughing as we watch dogs run around dressed up, and - of course - a costume contest! Mazzy tied for 4th place with the other fairy, (Daisy the Boxer).

Danielle and David - Wedding

Danielle and David were married October 10, 2009 at Villa St. Claire in Austin. We lucked out... Although the threat of rain was obvious, we lucked out and had an overcast day that was perfect for pictures!

Here are the highlights of the evening!



This was such a sweet moment... Danielle's mom started to cry when Danielle was getting her hair done because she said it reminded her of when she used to brush Danielle's hair when she was a little girl.












All the guys thought it would be funny to beat up David!
